Store Display: The gardening display will be changed to a “Back to School” display near the end of August. The main display will be changed to a fall display in early September.
Just a reminder about the display… If you have things you think will go with the theme, let us know, and please do not put your items in the display until you check with the management.
A great big Welcome to our FOUR new vendors. We hope you have a great experience in Keeper’s Corner! If you need anything or have any questions, do not hesitate to ask!
Looking for some more great space? Check with Bonnie or Scott about getting a special on rental space upstairs. We need to fill the upstairs so we are offering some special rental prices. LOOK for more information at the checkout area. (PS talking to Scott will get you a better deal!)
WE had a great time at the picnic!!! Not only do we have great vendors, they are FANTASTIC cooks also!!! Thanks to Pat Shann and Scott for cooking all the burgers and dogs!
Just a quick reminder: Please stay within the parameters of your booth. It makes cleaning difficult when we have to stop and put items back in booths along the way! Also, please remember no vendor items in any of the empty booths. The only items allowed in these empty booths are “sold” items, “lay-a-way” items, “consignment” items and Keeper’s Corner items.
Reminders:
• REMEMBER!!! The calendar comes out ONLY one month early, PLEASE get signed up as soon as you can. WE CAN NOT be without coverage in the store!!! But PLEASE remember not to sign up where I have not allowed for time slots and please do not sign up before the calendar is ready
• Anniversary rent credit! 10% off your rent during your anniversary month!
• If you cannot work your time due to weather or illness, please contact us as soon as possible (even at home)! We will try and reschedule with you
• Upstairs space is for LARGER items (larger than a tote basket). Please remember to keep your smaller items downstairs as we do not have the security upstairs that we do downstairs!
• Rent is due on the 1st of the month, payable up to the 10th and late with a $10 late fee after that date
• A thirty day written notice is required when you are vacating your booth at the end of the month. This applies when you are leaving after your initial six months OR at any other time after your 6 month commitment is over
• Don’t forget about the “finder’s fee” bonus when you sponsor a new vendor for the store. See Bonnie or Scott for more information.
Scott’s Thoughts: If you haven’t checked out the area upstairs at Keeper’s corner, now is the time for you to do it. It has grown a lot and has been well organized. The customers are up there and they are buying every day. In the 11 days that Bonnie was in Portland there was over $4,000.00 worth of items sold from up there. There are two “Free Vendor Use Areas” upstairs for the vendor use. Each vendor is limited to 3 total items in the free areas. That is NOT 3 in each one. See Scott or Bonnie for more information on the areas upstairs.
Great vendors, great customers and a great store… what a winning combination.
